Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ground coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth
Stir in the ground coffee and chopped roasted almonds into the melted chocolate
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer, using a spatula
Sprinkle sea salt evenly over the top of the chocolate mixture
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate has hardened
Once the bark is firm, remove it from the refrigerator and break it into pieces
Store the Coffee and Roasted Almond Chocolate Bark in an airtight container in a cool place or the refrigerator until ready to enjoy
