Baileys Parfait

Indulge in the rich and creamy delight of Baileys Parfait, a decadent dessert layered with Baileys-infused cream, chocolate cookies, and a luscious chocolate sauce. Perfect for a delightful treat.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup chocolate cookies, crushed
• 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
• 1/2 cup whipped cream
• Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form

Powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Baileys Irish Cream should all be added

Keep whipping until you get stiff peaks

Place layers of Baileys cream and crushed chocolate cookies in serving glasses

Add chocolate sauce to each layer

Repeat the layers until the glasses are full

Add a dollop of whipped cream on top to finish

Add chocolate shavings as a garnish

Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it
