Oaty Banana Blender Pancakes



If you want a quick and easy breakfast that tastes great and is good for you, try these oaty banana blender pancakes. They don't have gluten and are great for getting rid of ripe bananas. The blender smooths out the batter and makes sure it has a fluffy texture.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk any type
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan

Instructions:

Place all ingredients except cooking spray/butter into a blender

Blend until you have a smooth batter

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter

Pour small amounts of batter onto the hot skillet to form pancakes

You can make them as small or as large as you like

Cook until you see bubbles forming on the surface of the pancakes, then flip them and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until they are golden brown on both sides

Remove from the skillet and keep warm

Repeat with the remaining batter

Serve the oaty banana blender pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, berries, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, or a dollop of yogurt
