Ingredients:
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325F 163C
In a bowl, toss almonds with olive oil, chopped rosemary, and sea salt until evenly coated
Spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving
