Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Chopped fresh chives for garnish
Instructions:
Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise
Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl
Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth
Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves, or use a piping bag for a decorative touch
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chopped fresh chives
