Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Put almond flour, coconut flour, and powdered erythritol in a bowl and mix them together
Vanilla extract, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and almond butter should all be added
Make sure to mix it well until it turns into dough
Add the sugar-free dark chocolate chips and mix them in
Put the cookie dough dip in a bowl that can be used for serving
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix
